The hosts, Daniele and Edoardo, were incredibly attentive and made our stay feel like home. The convenient luggage storage was a lifesaver after our flight!

i was really disappointed, the room smelled like smoke when we arrived, which was just delightful. I also can't believe the shower door opened the wrong way. how is that acceptable? i expected some kind of complimentary gesture for the unpleasantness, but alas, just regular treatment. almost gave a good review, but then i remembered the smoke.

The convenience of the location amazed me. Just a short 10-minute walk to Vatican City and so close to metro stations. The nearby restaurants weren’t just easily accessible. they offered delicious meals at reasonable prices. Eduardo was exceptionally helpful, offering great directions and recommendations. Every morning, breakfast in my room included warm chocolate croissants and a perfect cappuccino. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, providing a nice break from Rome's busyness. However, the bed was harder than I prefer. a softer mattress would enhance comfort. Also, finding the entrance was tricky at first since it’s tucked within a building with no clear signage. Just a heads-up for future guests, it might take a little time to get used to. Overall, I enjoyed my time here and appreciated the hospitality.

Location near the Vatican is excellent, with lovely restaurants nearby. The bed was a bit hard for my taste.

A 24-hour medical assistance option would be valuable!!! Having a more functional coffee machine configuration and addressing sound insulation issues would greatly enhance the experience!!!

We spent a wonderful week in Rome, and the location was perfect for our family, including our three dogs. It was such a joy to enjoy the warmth and hospitality from Daniele and Edoardo. They truly made us feel like family!

My wife says that having a more comfortable seating area in the common kitchen would be great for families.

Unfortunately, the pillows could use improvement for better comfort during our stay.

This place was just a perfect match for my short visit in Rome and really value for money. Every morning, I looked forward to the delicious coffee and croissants delivered right to my door. Try to ask for Eduardo’s local dining recommendations. you won’t regret it!

The availability of Netflix/YouTube/Prime was a total game changer after long days out. Plus, coming back to our room always found it clean with the bed turned over was a nice touch,, makes a difference when you're tired from exploring.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive,, but felt it was worth it for the comfort and service provided.
